I'M SHOCK TO SEE THAT A DR. WITH SUCH A HIGH RATING COULD SHOW NO UNDERSTANDING TO OTHERS PAIN SPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO A CHILD THAT JUST WENT THROUGH SEVERE MULTIPLE FRACTURES OF COURSE I DID NOT EXPECTED HER TO BABY HIM BUT AS A PERSON THAT WORKS IN THE MEDICAL FIELD KNOWS THAT PATIENTS GET TREATED WITH COMPACTION AND UNDERSTANDING TO THEIR PAIN AND THIS WOMAN TOLD MY 14 YEAR OLD WHEN I TOLD HER THAT HIS LEG HURT IN CERTAIN POSITIONS... HER EXACT WORDS WHERE ! "SUCK IT UP ! THIS CAUGHT ME OF GUARD AND I HAD NO SAYING OF THE SHOCK THAT I WAS, THEN WHEN I GOT HOME AND MY SON TOLD ME HE WAS IN PAIN I REALIZED THAT I HAD FAIL AS A PARENT AND SHOULD HAD SAY SOME THING TO THIS WOMAN ABOUT HOW to empathize with HER PATIENTS feelings, AND HOW WOULD SHE FEEL IF SOME ONE WOULD TELL HER THAT TO HER CHILD. AS PER STAFF VERY NICE AND CARING SHE NEEDS TO LEARN FROM THEM UNLESS SHE IS JUST THERE FOR THE MONEY.
