Dentist and assistants were nice. They wouldn't let me in the room during a filling which my daughter was upset about but otherwise it was okay. Very unhappy with the lack of communication at this office. Went to Doc Bresler's for years and only stopped because of insurance coverage. Bresler's would always explain costs of procedures BEFORE doing anything to my child's teeth. Children's Dental Health of Bensalem had me sign that giving my child nitrous was okay, but never explained that it would cost me $60 because my insurance doesn't cover it. She had a superficial filling done on a natural groove in her tooth, not a cavity, that didn't even need numbing so the nitrous was not needed! I called to complain and they refuse to even give me a partial refund on a service that was unnecessary and that was not properly explained. They even said when I called that it should have been explained to me when I signed.  I also was charged $22 for the filling and was not supposed to because that is 100% covered. They are going to refund that only because I noticed and asked about it.
