Dr. Sean Ky Nguyen, D.M.D.

First off we were told to arrive 10 minutes early to the appt which we did. Once we checked in we were notified that he squeezed in another appt and we would have to wait. So 20 minutes after are scheduled appt we are finally greeted by his assistant that stops me and my spouse at the door and says only the patient can come back. So I respond I prefer to have my Spouse in the room. He then says that the room is very small that's why. So i say that is fine we will manage. So the Dr comes in goes thru what has to be done and starts to numb me up. after he is finished  the numbing he looks at my Spouse and rudely tells her that she cannot be in the room you husband seems fine so you need to sit in the waiting room. So I tell him that I prefer that she stays in the room. And he then insists that my Wife is being disrespectful, she then leaves the room crying from his insult. He then tells me now that its office policy and there's the door if I don't like it. So I got up and told him that he is very unprofessional and that was very disrespectful to talk to my wife that way. Then walked out before having the work started. I could not believe the way this so called professional acted. Would never recommend Dr. Nguyen to anyone. This place is a joke.
