I really like working with this office. They are great to work with. I really like Scott Roberts as a provider, he is easy to understand and provides good advice that is practical and reasonable. I appreciate his approach on making life changes and his recommendations for better health. At this visit, he caught something that was not on my radar at all and had the follow up information in my chart before I even asked. Amazing at providing information and his staff had interpretations for me available almost as soon as the tests were completed. They made a complicated situation understandable, and I could not appreciate the staff and the provider Mr. Scott Roberts more.

Scott Roberts is an excellent provider. He absolutely has the best interest of his patients in mind and goes above and beyond in his care and helping to find solutions to treat any medical issues that I've encountered. I appreciate his kindness and consideration for me as a person. Not only would I recommend him as a provider to anyone I know, but I have also arranged for him to be the primary care provider for my young adult son. I trust him indefinitely with the medical care for myself and my family.

I went in with my mind being in very dark places. Scott took the time and spoke to me in a manner that helped me release escape those dark sad thoughts. It helped me reals all the built in anxiety. He was attentive and gave me comforting words. Having him as a primary care provider is a blessing. This was the first time I've been this open to speaking to someone about these things, but his way of speaking to me made me feel comfortable enough to talk. He saved my life and continues to help me save it !

The practice is generally fine. While I have not called the office with medical questions, I have sent questions or information via MyChart messages. My PCP is on leave (I was not aware of that) so I was seen by Nurse Practitioner Scott Roberts. I would prefer not to see him again, not because of his lack of knowledge or skill, but because of his manner which was condescending. Perhaps he is just not accustomed to working with older patients.

Dr Scott Roberts is an AWESOME doctor.I have been seeing him for nearly 6 years.He always listens respectfully, He Iis kind and Compassionate. He truly wants to help his patients become healthy and stay healthy.I also like that he is constantly studying to learn more as things change in the medical field. That gives me the confidence to know I will always get the best answer to my medical questions!

Scott and his team are the best providers I've had. They talk to me like a person, they listen to what I have to say, and they respond in a way that becomes a conversation rather than a list of orders.I was told upfront that Scott was running behind that day. When it was my turn, he still gave me full time for my appointment and never acted like he was in a rush to get out.

As a chronic illness patient, I know good providers and the other ones. I have the best provider. He lIstens and helps me talk about my health as a whole (it has to be hard stringing together all of my specialists) instead of throwing pills at me and sending me out the door. I think Scott Roberts saved my life in 2020. I am very satisfied with my medical team

Scott Roberts has by far been the best Care Provider I've experienced. He's very caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. I always leave his office with a heightened sense of hope for myself and I look up to him as a person and mentor. I've had a lot of providers in my life but I definitely appreciate Scott Roberts the most! I'm older now and my body is not functioning how I'd like it to. Scott Roberts is great at working with me to find holistic ways to keep moving along with medical help. He's definitely the best provider I've ever had!
