Dr. B has treated my son (now 16) for the last 2 years.  Conservative treatment and while we ended up with shoulder surgery, it was not the first course of treatment.  Once in there additional problems were found and he did what needed to be done. Bedside manner is very gentle and took his time with us.  
My son has healed wonderfully and is back in the wrestling room with little discomfort.
