There is usually a 30-minute wait for service. When signing in for service there is a stern warning to patients that masks must be worn. However, while waiting to be seen I observed staff and patients in the waiting room unmasked. Another observant patient in waiting sitting near me also noticed unmasked staff and a patient holding mask in hand. while We both felt so uncomfortable that we simultaneously canceled our appointments and left the office, I emailed and called Stone Mountain Dentistry concerning this experience and have yet to receive a response.
