I have been seeing this physician for a year now and I have found her to be professional and thorough as well as very compassionate and kind.  She is patient and inspires confidence in the care she provides.  She is excellent!

Doctor is great very thorough and friendly. Practice policies seem to be a bit different and a doctors choice according to the rude front office lady. My insurance plan covers primary healthcare providers and all I’m supposed to pay is $25 copay regardless of the deductible that does not apply. This office is taking my insurance however Is making their own rules. I expected to pay $25 copay when arrived for my appointment I was prompted to pay $185 out of pocket because my deductible was not met. When pointing out that the deductible does not apply and k should only have to pay the co pay I was met with an attitude by the staff for asking questions. Im paying for my insurance so I shouldn’t have to pay out of pocket and then wait for the claim and refund for months to come paying interest on this when put on my credit card. Calling my insurance I confirmed that they overcharged me and even the insurance company called the office and was met with the same bad attitude by the front office staff. According to the front office it’s the doctors rule that everyone that hasn’t had their deductible met to pay out of pocket regardless of the copay. But no one is able to confirm this for me or the insurance. I can not pay for hundreds of dollars out of pocket every time I go see a primary and then wait for a refund this is outrageous.
