The 3-month waiting period to get a new patient appointment was hard to deal with and I had to utilize the Immediate Care practice twice while waiting to see my Primary provider. However, once I had my new patient appointment with Sara Kinnard, it was very thorough, professional and helpful as we talked through some of my recent health issues. Ms. Kinnard suggested some new strategies to help me with medication management and how I might wean myself off of a medication I've been taking for a long time which may be contributing to other issues and concerns, so I'm thankful for that guidance. Overall, all the staff, including the Medical Assistant and Ms. Kinnard, were very helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate with all of my comorbidities.

This was the first time I saw Sarah Kinnard and I am so glad I got scheduled with her! The problem was blood pressure and the leg and ankle swelling that had gotten so bad. We talked about blood pressure and what is "normal" for someone 79 years old. She eliminated and then added medications. She gave me a guide book to keep track at home of my blood pressure for the next month and scheduled a follow up. She is a cheerful, considerate provider and listened to what I had to say, which is not always the case for senior citizens like me. The information she gave me was very understandable--but I never felt she talked down to me or was condescending which, as a senior, I have also experienced. I am glad they could get me In to see her.

I was unable to get an appointment with my regular doctor so they scheduled me with Ms. Kinnard. She examined me thoroughly listened to my comments and assessments. She was professional but not short and dismissive. In fact I found her to be friendly and personable. She made me feel at ease about my condition and that a ultra sound would hopefully confirm her diagnosis. My concern was an impending trip out of the country and having an incident like the one I experienced that preceded my visit. I am an ulcerative colitis and irritable bowel patient with reoccurring problems.

I am very pleased with my provider and and the rest of the staff. My provider is very kind and easy to talk too. I'm grateful that she listens and addresses all my questions and concerns. She's great at explaining everything in detail and that puts me at ease that I can understand everything I need to know. Overall Sarah Kinnard is an amazing provider.

Due to my primary care physician's schedule I was unable to see him at prearranged appointment. Scheduler contacted me and rescheduled me with Sarah. Was able to see her that day. Saw a nurse and then a student nurse practitioner who reviewed my records and discussed follow up treatments. Then Sarah. Could not have gotten any better care.

She made a funny comment about her pets, which helped me relax a lot, and I saw her as a good human being, as well as a thorough practitioner. She also took the time to check a serious new concern, besides the reason for the appointment. I felt informed and relieved. She lifted a burden and I was encouraged by the visit.

I feel Sarah is too concerned about numbers on lab results and doesn't consider my overall health. For instance I was wearing a an orthopedic boot but she never inquired about it. As she was leaving the session I had to call her back to tell her I ruptured my Achilles tendon. Her focus was entirely on medication for BP

I remain amazed at how fast test results were done and posted to MyChart account. Also my provider, Sarah Kinnard, was very prompt in looking at the results and commenting on all. I was confused about A1c test results and sent a MyChart message to her. I'm curious how long such a personal response will take......

I was experiencing unusual pain, and was able to make a next-day appointment to see my primary care provider. The appointment took place on-time, it was thorough, and my provider ordered a number of lab tests to check my condition. I have a regular checkup soon, so we will follow up then.

I like how Sarah listens carefully and asks questions if I'm not clear. She explains medications and alternative. Testing and labs are always ordered to monitor effectiveness of medications. I hope she isn't ever burned out by the medical system.
