I've seen at least half a dozen therapists through the years, and Ms. Holzapfel has been by far the most effective. She is caring and a great listener, but also knows when to push me to try different techniques or think about things differently. And she always goes above and beyond to try to accommodate me or work with my insurance and answer questions to ensure I can get the care I need.
