Mrs. Sara Lahey Price, L.C.S.W.

I worked with this therapist for about 5 months, and I have to say that I walked away unimpressed with the lack of cooperation by Sara. She seemed uninterested in wanting to help me. Often times she would act passive-aggressive and would blame me for my problems. There were a couple of times that she would cancel an appointment at the last minute and make excuses, such as that she found a snake in her bathroom. She later admitted that she had lied as to why she had cancelled the appointments. For someone that claimed to have expertise with helping people heal from trauma, she did not seem to care that she was taking her own issues out on me. To make matters worse, my mother provided Sara's information to my old therapist, so that they could contact her and get information about me. I found out that Sara had released her therapy notes about me to my old therapist, who I had not seen in 8 years (and without my consent). Information about my therapy sessions with Sara was then shared by my old therapist with my mother, so that my mother could harass and emotionally blackmail me with what I had discussed with Sara. Sara broke my trust and caused more damage than anything else.
