This clinic is in my network but when I tried to make an appt the lady answering the phone seemed resistant to make an appt. She was not sure if I was covered. I told her it was Aetna Meritan, but she asked why my doctor was not sending a prescription. I offered to give me group number and the number of Meritan, but she did not want that. I finally said it was okay, I did not want to make an appt if she was not sure if I could go and I was getting so much resistance from her. She did not seem to know what Meritan or Aetna was even was I was trying to describe the benefit. (i.e. 50 dollars deductible, 80/20 if in network). She was happy to not make an appt with me. Overall very rude lady.
