I recommend staying away from this doctor's office! So I went to Dr Vernon as a new patient for a physical and had lab work done. I waited patiently the next week for her to call me. She never did so I reached out on August 2nd and was told she was out of the office, okay called again on August 3rd and was then told she was out the whole month of August and she didn't even bother to call me to go over my lab work. Fast forward trying to get a referral and that office is terrible to deal with, the recording always says the office is closed so I used Riverside MyChart to communicate with them and again no service. This is a horrible horrible office to deal with and I will not be going back!
