This was my first visit with Dr Iloka because I'm new to Portland. My goal was to establish myself with a primary care provider. I have several health issues and we were unable to discuss all but I did get several referrals I needed. I'm scheduled for a wellness check in February and will discuss the rest at that time. I believe the Dr gave me as much time as she could for this appointment. She was very helpful and attentive.

I tend to get anxious easily when it comes to my own health (though I don't have any major medical problem besides recurring episodes of depression). So I always feel bad and anxious when I ask providers many questions. Dr Iloka was very patient, professional and didn't seem to be bothered by my questions and listened to my concerns. I felt relieved and really appreciate her respect.

The medical team was the best health care I have ever received. The MA was very helpful and professional. The doctor was very through with my examination, and answered all of my questions. The only issue I had with Providence is setting up the initial appointment. I was very fortunate to get an appointment quickly, but my wife has to wait 3 months to see a doctor.

I have been registered with The Bethany Clinic for years. Dr. Iloka is my second primary Dr. In this clinic. When unavailable, I have had medical professionals fill in that I was very comfortable with. And I felt were very professional. Of all of those years, once established, all experiences I have had it been positive, and pleasant.

Doctor was very thorough and figured out the problem, ordered x-rays and let me know what next steps could be if antibiotics didn't work. She follow-up with message and referral to specialist. She took all the time necessary to answer all my questions and was compassionate and helpful.
