Instead of delving into my personal thoughts, challenges, and well-being, she recommended I read a book and join the Ski club. I waited a couple of weeks for this appointment and wasted time. Go elsewhere. I could have had the same "help" from a random old stranger on the road. Like the other review, she brought up some info about her family and issues why she started in the psych field. The appointment was nothing more than surface value and a waste of time.
