I wanted to find out when I could get a follow up after getting my injuries looked at in a clinic. The representative suggested in a rushed tone that I would need to swing by and have someone run my insurance card to find out if they accept it. Later, the receptionist said they could try running it over the phone. When I stated my reason why I needed a check up, the receptionist placed me on hold without warning.

Been a patient of hers for 2 years, very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and listens. Highly recommend.
