For the love of whatever you believe in do not hire this man. To my knowledge he had his license revoked due to an ongoing lawsuit. It takes a simple google search to find this out. This man verbally and mentally abused me for 11 months under his care. He is the worst person I have ever encountered and I’m pleased to watch his downfall.
I was a patient of ryan peppers for 10months, during which he shared my private session information with groups, shamed me for being raped and bisexual, forced his mormon beliefs on me, humiliated us, treated us as little more than future breeding cattle and made sure we knew what our purpose was as women. Dont hire him. Dont go to him. Dont let him destroy any more young women
Justice has been served with the lawsuit against this nightmare of a person. I believe this man took psychology classes in college and leverages it in a way to emotionally harm people and get what he wants. He doesn't have a doctorate degree, and he is not someone who cares for the wellbeing of his patients, rather quite the opposite. He wants to turn the girls who enter his facility into mormon, obedient, quiet, subservient girls which follow his image of pure. When I was 15 (over 12 years ago) he asked me in a personal therapy session if I thought he was attractive. He projects what he doesn't want to face in himself onto the young girls he "councils". He will gaslight you the moment you find a hole in his reasoning. He's very good at what he does; which is being an abuser and destroying one's own sense of reality. This man should never be around children, young women, or anyone for that matter. He is dangerous, because he's a sociopath, unable to reflect on his own shortcomings. When I was 15 he told me I would end up homeless. He publicly shamed me and isolated me for a month when I wouldn't move up on his point system implemented in his facility. I was berated and yelled at while he had tears in his eyes, in front of the other girls. This man is too emotionally unstable and manipulative to be in contact with any type care facility. I have had lasting effects from what happened 12 years ago in the care of Ryan Pepper, but I am no victim. Again, I will say that justice has been served as his treatment center is being closed down due to the lawsuit filed against him. The light will always shine through the darkness.
