Dr.Ryan is professional in his practice. There’s no denying that. My main issue is according to Aetna app “Partner is health” is part of the Aetna network. Co-Pay for chiropractic services is 15.00. Yet I got charged 50.00 each visit. As co-payment. Yesterday I tried a new chiropractor suggested by a co-worker. Said chiropractor took x-rays, did all the things Dr.Ryan did +Massaged the injured area. Things Dr.Ryan did not provide. At the moment of payment and the new chiropractor showed me Aetna covers 20 visits at 15.00 each co-payment. I explained to the new chiropractor how come I was charged 50.00 each visit I went to the partner in health? He said I should call and ask. I’m not gonna waist my time like I did lost over 250.00 in visits to partner in health. Very disappointed at this.
I have been to a lot of docs and Ryan is by far the best. He knows exactly what to do and I feel a million times better after seeing him.
