Dr. Ryan A. Buffington, MD

My family and I (7people total) have been going to him for over a year.  When you call to make an appointment, more times than not, you get the voicemail and hope you get a call at some point.  The office staff does not care about the patients and when you show up a couple of minutes late for an appointment (after you tried to call to let them know you would be late) they canceled the appointment.  It was an appointment for my handicapped wife.  The staff lied when they said they would ask the Dr. if we could still get in.  When I questioned them about talking to the Dr, they stated he was in with a patient.  I asked how they were able to talk to him if he was with a patient.  She did not have a answer.  She made no attempt to get us in and was stating if we did not like the service, we could go somewhere else.  I asked for the Dr to call and she stated she would give him a message.  I never heard from him.  

I would NOT recommend this Dr or his staff to anyone.
