Called looking for a therapist and was told I would receive a call back - never did in three days! This was at 2:00 PM on August 1st. I had to call back and while this person I followed up was not unprofessional - they had no interest checking if there were any prior notes or follow-up listed for me. You office is supposed to be treating people with issues! No one seemed to care. This is a serious area of medicine and the office staff should be more professional and follow-up on actions
