Mrs. Ruth Beatriz Garzon, D.D.S.

I had made an appointment at see a Dr.Sheoran , the only Dentist listed under Mai Dental Care so expected   to see her as a new patient. I had asked for a cleaning and exam .
I have just moved here and have my teeth cleaned and checked every 6 months. The reviews online I realize now may not be truthful or real.
Instead of seeing Dr, Sheoran I saw Dr, Garzon who either have no communication skills or choose to ignore me.
I had to ask what she found after the exam , she did not initiate any conversation. She did not point out any concerns nor showed me the scans or X rays they took. I was told I could not have a standard cleaning and that it was all up to the dentist what I could have done. 
It was the worst experience at a dental facility ever. 
Dr. Garzon is not  even listed as a practicing dentist at Mai Dental Clinic so I feel very mislead . Communication is very important and dr. Garzon lacks this and manners.
