Dr. McDaniel was my son’s pediatrician in the 90’s. He helped both through some scary illnesses. Our first son graduated from MIT and got his PhD at age 26. Our first visit with Dr. McDaniel, he came out and sat on the floor and talked dinosaurs with Ryan. He was four then. Our second son was nuclear trained and was part of the team that powered a nuclear submarine in the Navy. They are both fathers now and we are grateful we had good medical care when we needed it.
