Dr. Roxanne Jb Thomas, MD

Dr. Thomas is the best PCP I could hope for. She understands my medical history, has been working with me for three years to manage complex health issues, is supportive and caring, is very knowledgeable and has referred me to specialists to help me get the care I need. She has helped determine Plan B on several occasions when I was not accepted for the referrals (not due to her efforts). I recommend Dr Thomas to my friends. One friend who went with me to an appointment changed providers to start seeing Dr Thomas as her PCP. I will continue to see Dr Thomas and am grateful and glad for her care. It is excellent.

Dr. Thomas was excellent. She brought up medical history I had forgotten and was very thorough. I recommend her highly.My experience with administration/scheduling was not as successful. I encountered long scheduling delays for this appointment and for my blood test, as well as a last-minute canceled test that caused me 3 hours of waiting to ameliorate. While I am very happy with Dr. Thomas and her MAs, I hope Providence can find ways to smooth scheduling.

Dr. Thomas is kind and attentive. She Is respectful and listens to my concerns and works to address them. I think she is thorough and follows up right away. At my last visit her assistant was outstanding, especially when it came to administering vaccines. The reception staff is always friendly and respectful. It does take time to get a non emergency appointment. I wish there was less of a wait but also I understand.

My Health Care provider was kind enough to refer me to Imaging. This was in regards to a cyst on my testicular region. I called them the next day. The had a cancelation and an opening the following day. It all worked out perfectly. No cancer, and fast efficient customer service. What's not too love about the experience? Very pleased overall)

Dr. Thomas is excellent and just the right doctor for me. I feel safe In her care. I found one of your questions confusing. I never needed specialists' care and when I answered "no" or "never" to those three questions, I did not mean, there was anything wrong with Dr. Thomas's care but she never had to know anything about specialists I saw.

This was my first visit with Dr. Thomas. I'm so glad she is my physician, I felt cared for and was treated like a collaborator in my health care. I really appreciated the time Dr. Thomas Took to listen to my concerns and talk through options. The clinic staff was also very friendly and respectful at every point of contact. Thanks to all!

Dr Thomas continues to be an excellent provider who listens carefully and thoughtfully and provides thoughtful and easy to understand treatment plans. I continue to recommend her to anyone looking for a new PCP and desperately hope she doesn't leave this clinic!! She is very responsive and timely, too, while never making me feel rushed

My provider was thoughtful and professional, but I do not believe that they gave my concerns enough contemplation nor seriousness. I came in for a typical check up and brought up the concern near the end, but my provider didn't seem worried about it, when I was, and had never had this concern before.

Dr Thomas is amazing. She listens very well, is respectful and is very thoughtful and clear when discussing options and answering questions. She never makes me feel rushed and she always makes me feel like I am receiving excellent medical care. I really appreciate her!! The clinic is nice as well.

Dr Thomas is attentive and caring. My husband has advanced Alzheimer's. She treats him kindly and respectfully.We are new to Providence and are SUPER impressed with the follow through and the coordination between the caregivers. Dr Thomas is a great example. Thank you.
