I scheduled an appointment for 10:45 am for today. the receptionist called me back very soon after scheduling the appointment, asking if I can go in at10:30 am. I said yes. When I arrived a receptionist had me check in; it was a few minutes before 10:30. As the time past 10:40, I came to the realization that I was not very important to this office as neither the od or receptionist said anything to me or apologize for having me come in early, then making me wait until the time of the original appointment. Dr. Shah may be the best optometrist in the area, but if she treats patients like what she did to me, she will not be in business long.
