Horrible concept of customer service and what a loss of time! 
 
I’m not a person that takes the time to write reviews, but I feel that today’s service is something I don’t want any other person to experience, and instead, that this office (and others) work proactively to improve because patients are human beings, not only “numbers”. 

I took the time to search for a dentist, and didn’t found a review but because of the distance, and other specifications as language, I chose Dr. Hilario. 

I went for a service that after 2 hours I didn’t receive (dental cleaning), I had a virtual medical with a Dr. in another city instead of presencial medical contact (Dr Hilario didn’t came to even say Good Morning… I didn’t met the Dr.!), and everything was focused in my insurance coverage and the services I could be sold.  

The personnel who attended me was very polite though.  What I’m complaining is about the experience overall, specially because I didn’t receive the main service I was there for because the hygienist said that she receive another case and would take longer, even I was already 2 hours there between the RX, photos, gums evaluation, virtual med examination, and quotes.

This visit felt more like a Timeshare Sales event, than a professional dental visit.
