5 weeks pregnant as a new patient I hadn't seen a doctor yet and I had kept trying to get an appointment knowing there was something wrong and I needed urgent prenatal care, They finally accepted me as a new patient 5 days after I applied and scheduled an appointment 3 weeks out. Once my appointment came around and they wouldn't take me because the bitch at the front desk put ALL of my information in wrong and kept telling me I didn't have medicaid when I did. They rescheduled another 2 weeks out which would put me at seeing the doctor for the FIRST time at 10 weeks. I began to miscarry on a tuesday without medical or prenatal care at 9w1d. I called them in crippling pain on thursday and they said they have extra appointment space on friday but they only take sick patients for those times. I was in the beginning of a brutally painful miscarriage and THAT wasn't considered sick?? I had a scheduled appointment the tuesday after that and monday morning about 1am I began to have unusually excruciating contractions and tried to wait out but after being up all night I waited only to be screaming for my husband to take me to the hospital and dry heaving from the pain having bled enough to donate twice; we went to the hospital to find out that our baby died at 6w0d most likely of hormonal imbalance which could have been helped and the reason I was in so much pain is because the sac was lodged in my cervix, which ALSO could have been prevented by an emergency D&C. The next day they cancled my appointment because the bitch at the front intentionally told me 2:30 when it was actually at 2, at one point she lied to me saying my hcg results from the hospital didn't get faxed when they had. So I had the hospital fax them AGAIN telling them I KNEW they had already been faxed. Still passing the baby and still in pain WITHOUT prenatal care and at risk for infection, STILL without a doctor because of McCraw's associates. We lost our honeymoon baby because of them.
