PA-C Alisa Dea was cold and not personable.  It felt like I was a burden to her and she just wanted to say what she needed to say and then leave the room.  I did not feel like I could ask for clarification or any followup question as I felt like I was being rushed out of the office.  They were not busy at that time, so it wasn't because they had other patients to see.
I suggest working on friendliness, a more welcoming attitude and better "bed-side manor".  As a patient, we have the option to go to our choice of medical office and this office should do better as to keep patients and get positive reviews for others to see.
The receptionist and other staff were good.  I have not met Dr. Agbayani yet.  I hope he is better to work with then the PA.
