He was running late and apologized. It didn't matter but he made up for it with good bedside manner. He is busy and getting an appointment wasn't easy, but again that is because people want to see him. I'm going back to get my implant with him.
I was originally sent to an oral surgeon that did not take my insurance. when I called my insurance company they actually sent me to Dr. Biron because he was recommended by other people. great bed side manner and I recovered very quickly.
Went to Dr. Biron after having a friend recommended him and after I had a bad experience with another oral surgeon. Dr. Biron was very professional which and change because the other guy was in and out in 2 minutes and his assistant was left there by herself to answer my questions. What a difference my appointment was. Dr. Biron took the time to answer all of my questions and it was obvious that he cared about me understanding what to expect and allay my fears.
I saw Dr. Biron for my wisdom teeth. He was very nice and explained the whole process of removing my teeth. Afterwards, I had very little pain and he was nice enough to call me after the surgery and see how I was doing. I would recommend him!
I thought dr Biron was very nice and explained everything to expect before and after the surgery. I saw him 2 time after I had my implant placed and then the crown was put in it. Really straight forward. The office was very nice.
Late, doesn't introduce himself and exhibits poor temperament with agitation when asked questions. Orders staff to do x-rays and tests without any explanation to patient and prior to any type of exam. When clarification regarding need for test is requested, arrogantly responds "I am the doctor". Never experienced this type of immaturity and lack of professionalism ever. Should remember that he is treating patients that need guidance and explanations for what is being done to them. Patient trust is completely lost.
