Dr. Olsen spends quality time with my husband and I every visit.  He thoroughly  answers our questions, addresses our concerns and makes sure we understand our treatment plan.  He and his staff promptly follow up on test results and phone calls.  He really cares for his patients.  Even when running behind, which is seldom, the staff keeps us informed and apologizes.
