My routine visit scheduled 6 months in advance was abruptly cancelled by the office due to a shortage of staff. The next evening appointment offered was in another 8 months! The are no Saturday appointments and the staff made no effort to make accommodation for inconveniently cancelling the appointment. The reception stated it was not her fault and was indifferent to providing any assistance. I am hoping the insurance takes note of my dissatisfaction!
