I was pleasantly surprised and touched, when after calling the after-hours number on a Saturday, and leaving a message for my doctor (I was in urgent need of shot in my heel for a bad plantar faciitis flare up) to receive a call from Dr. Hoover who wasn't even my doctor! He was so pleasant and understanding and when I explained how I had missed my Fri appt and was very upset with myself for going to the wrong office, he said if I came in before his office opened on Monday he would see me. I was so excited. I saw him this morning, got an injection and feel much better already. He was very mild mannered and calming, shich was just what I needed. Anyone who has experienced this pain knows what I mean. Thank you so much for being so kind Dr. Hoover.😊
