Dr. Robert Michael Spaulding, D.D.S.

His Hygenist left, and when making an appointment I was assured that the dentist (Dr. Spaulding) would be doing the cleaning. Well my husband showed up at his appointment a few minutes early to check in, and the front door was locked, no staff.  Then at 9 am, the Dr. opened the door and told my husband he couldn't see him because his appointment was at 8:10 and he had "missed it." When my husband corrected him and told him it was scheduled at 9, the Dr. then said said oh yes, I called you to cancel but no answer. My husband then asked, if he left him a message and his response was "he didnt wait that long to leave a message." What???!!! Who does that?! The time spent to get to this location, the gas, and no decency to leave a voicemail saying you need to cancel the appointment? Then try to act as if it was my husbands fault for being late? So not professional in any way. I would avoid at all costs going to this location. This place is a mess. No other staff was there either, and he was just watching videos from behind his desk instead of calling patients to cancel appointments. The lack of professionalism displayed was horrifying. I called to cancel my appointment because I want nothing to do with this place.
