STAY AWAY FROM THESE BROTHERS. All about the money. Quick temper - witnessed losing patience with staff, does not answer questions clearly if he takes some time to, works too fast to get more patients in, Techs are in a hurry and don't answer questions, Office staff are in a hurry, don't answer most calls - leave a message, won't make a decision - have to ask the doctor and get make to you, seems they are always under the gun, make billing and appointment mistakes and confusion at times and they get defensive. 
If Dr Marchi says  you won't be charged for a redo/remake  - get it in writing. January 2021 I received a new partial Denture, Aetna and I paid $477.50 each. Poor fit, gagged on it, rocked in mouth, clasp broke, problems for 6 months. In June 2021 went to Marchi and pushed for new one and said I wasn't going to pay for a second one since it wasn't made correctly. He said "its on the lab". New partial came in late August, fit was a little better but still had problems with fit and pressure on 1 side of mouth. Multiple appointments to adjust. MAY 31, 2022. I receive a bill for $633.00 with no dates of service or procedures on Bill.  Called the office - $290. 00 was legit for recent services that waited for Aetna response. $260 was to repair clasp on original partial that was replaced due to all the problems. Clasp was never repaired, lab replaced. $83.00 was from brother Joseph Marchi for $20,000 implant & oral surgery consultation in March 2022 . Joseph Marchi and assistant both told office manager not to bill me for the consultation. So I explain about the free partial for the second time in 6 months to office manager and then questioned the $83.00 consult charge. She told me to pay the consult and it would be credited against the $20,000 implant work. What???? She then said she would talk to Dr. Robert about the $260  clasp repair. he said " We have to get something for it". Aetna Medicare denied it so then they came after me for it.  She called me back and said Dr. Robert said if I don't pay it, they will write it off and I can find a new dentist. I asked her to have him call me. He never called. I called back the next morning and asked another worker to have him call me and ask Dr. Joseph if I am continuing with my implant service.  She called me back and said they started their days and aren't calling me back, and both Doctors said "I should find a new practice that better suits my needs and to pay the $83.00. 
Also, I have always paid my bills promptly. Medical bills are also part of one's credit score and mine is 830 out of 850 max.
They can't talk man to man, have their female office staff deal with it and do their dirty work.  And, my wife listened to both conversations and I never was mean, angry, disrespectful or yelled at any staff member.
