I had questions about insurance and refills and bobby was not even willing to look at me much less answer them. He was called out by someone else and ended up kicking me out of the store. I was there for my blood pressure meds so i guess do no harm does not apply to good ole boy bobby

He wouldn't make eye contact, got angry, and raised his voice to me when I asked questions about prescriptions. He is at the CVS on randall road in crystal lake. Avoid at all costs.
