However, I thought initially he was in-network to my insurance Aetna, his name show in Aetna website, claim as "In-network" in many locations. My general family dentist referred me to him, went to his location (16918 Dove Canyon Road Suite 207), then I found out he is "out of network". Then, called my insurance later and found out the location that he really practices at 16918 Dove Canyon Rd, and he doesn't register that location to Aetna. That's why he can charge parents for "out of network" prices. I felt I almost got scam but one good thing about him at least he listed all the break-down cost estimation first.
