Dr Miller is a great doctor, good with my kids and explains things well BUT he is constantly late. On average I wait 45 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. I understand if this was a once in a while thing, but it has been every appointment for the last two years. With 2 kids I am at the pediatrician quite often... it gets old being told "I'm sorry, we are short staffed today". Talking with the office manager was no help as it was just more excuses on why they are constantly late. I don't see any effort on Dr Millers part to change how things are going, so more than likely I will be changing pediatricians. Great doctor but only go here if you have a lot of free time and enjoy sitting in exam rooms.
