Dr Richard Cardenas was amazing. My wife and were worried about having COVID but he took the time to talk about it and put us at ease. I had a major sinus infection due to facial reconstruction when I was younger. He identifies the problem and put me on medication that within a few days caused it to cellar up. He and the nurse there were amazing and although it was the first time to meet this doctor feel it is great he is a part of our local hospital

When I scheduled appointment for her I was not told it was not with her primary care physician. Which meant we needed to go to a different part of the clinic. However our experience with the new provider for us was great. I was very pleased with his professional attitude, kindness and a great listener. He made my granddaughter feel at such great ease at 12 years old. Would definitely see him again. Thank you

I ended up with positive influenza type A and was immediately taken care of, a Pa and Lat chest x-ray was ordered to get a thorough assessment of what I was dealing with and two prescriptions were called in for me to help me begin to heal. I was given great information in how to follow up if my condition worsened and encouraged to return if this happened. Excellent care.

I am an army veteran and I have found getting care in the community is a whole lot better seems more like I have a say on my healthcare strategies. It's nice to have my suggestions be considered and implemented because it's really about my health. I'm a fairly new patient but so far everything has been great

Mr Cardenas was very nice, patient and listened to my concerns. He ordered several tests to look into my issues. On the other hand, I sent him an email with more questions, and I have not heard back two days later.

The staff was efficient and courteous. They were able to take care of all my needs during my appointment and maintain safe care - from my pulling into the parking lot to getting my prescriptions and xrays.

Cardenas is an excellent physician; patient, conscientious, thorough and courteous. The Red Group has excellent office staff. However, it is exceedingly difficult to get an appointment.
