It was my first time to make an appointment with Ressie Ramos as I was in need to have my vitals evaluated due to isolated dizziness and I was told by the receptionist that there was no immediate slot for for me to meet my new assigned primary care physician, not until August, so I requested for an appointment with Ressie Ramos.She was very good and very helpful .

FROM THE TIME I CALLED IN THE MORNING TO THE TIME THEY SAW ME AND THEN SENT ME ON MY WAY WAS IN MY OPINION EXCELLENT SERVICE. I WAS DREADING HAVING TO GO TO URGENT CARE ACROSS TOWN BECAUSE IT WAS A SUDDEN ILLNESS AND I NEEDED A NOTE FOR WORK. THIS ALLOWED ME TO FOCUS MORE ON GETTING WELL AND GETTING MORE REST BECAUSE I JUST HAD TO DRIVE UP THE STREET.

NP Ressie Ramos was a big help to my aunt. Not only referring her to do different lab work but also following up on her patients. She was doing more of a doctor. I wish she could continue on her career to be a doctor. She will be a big assets to your company. She will be one of the best doctors to Facey Medical Group.

Ressie is always kind and takes care of things I need. There was a different patient's label on the form they have you fill out as to "why you are there". So I'm sure my patient label ended up on someone else's form. Just a friendly reminder to stay diligent with paying attention to small details like this.
