Llame a la oficina del doctor para requerir un referido, por alguna razón me dicen que mi seguro está inactivo, llamé a mi proveedor de seguro e investigue y mi seguro está activo, junto con mi proveedor de servicio en línea volví a llamar a la oficina y el les explicó que mi póliza estaba activa envié varios email solicitando el referido que me pidió mi ginecólogo y debido a mi seguro necesito un referido de mi doctor primario, el doctor es amable pero tiene una manager llamada Carolina inrespetuosa e ineficiente tengo 3 años casi 4 con el doctor y todas las veces que ido a consulta a sido un problema es tedioso que salud y un médico de tantos problemas

I recently had an unfortunate experience with MD Healthcare Boca Raton. While attempting to address my concerns with Manager Antoinette, I found her professionalism lacking. She consistently talked over me, preventing me from expressing my concerns. Despite my attempts to communicate calmly, she accused me of being nasty. It’s disheartening to encounter such gatekeepers without effective customer skills. Overall, a very disappointing experience.  Following today’s unfortunate experience at MD Healthcare, I am actively searching for a new doctor. The incident with Antoinette has led me to reconsider continuing my visits to MD Health Care. Given the numerous other medical offices in the area, I believe it’s time to explore alternative healthcare providers. Regrettably, Antoinette’s handling of the situation has resulted in the loss of a customer.
