I am disappointed in having to leave this review due to the lack of services received. I called in to schedule an intake to begin services. I was scheduled for the following week. I arrived on time to my virtual appointment and waited 15 minutes to see if anyone would join. There was a no call, no show for this appointment. Afterwards, I have not received any correspondence. I’ve attempted to call the office numerous times after the scheduled intake and have yet to hear from anyone.
