Dr. Reena Ramakrishnan is one of the best doctors I've received care from. She is thorough. I have always felt listened to and she actively repeats my questions or concerns to me in her response. She also works smoothly with her team. For example, I needed to have my blood pressure rechecked after my appointment with her. That was Immediately communicated and staff transitioned smoothly. The only negative is that, I imagine this is true for everyone, healthcare providers are overbooked. For my last appointment I needed to book 3+ months in advance, which meant I had to request an emergency extension of my prescription outside of reviewing and renewing my prescription at my appointment. My appointments typically start late, which is fine for me at this time, and I can tell it's because patients are trying to get all their questions and concerns addressed, since it takes so long to get an appointment. (I have overheard the end of conversations as doctors move from one room to another. From what I have overhead, It's all doctors.)

I woke up early and tired and I just didn't want to be there. Plus I had to talk about my meds which I hate doing and have struggled in the past with having doctors understand me, however, Dr. Ramakrishnan was amazing. She was so smiley and had such a positive attitude. I've done a totally of like 20 reviews in my life and this is one of them because I just had such a good experience that I thought she deserved her flowers.

I appreciate being listened to, and Dr. Ramakrishnan is both understanding & reassuring. I also appreciated a second doctor on the team ordering labs while my doctor was out of office so I could discuss results at the appointment. My biggest struggle is generally finding appointments that aren't booked months out, but I always appreciate the time and care I receive!

Dr.Ramakrishnan is very attentive and listens before responding. The has a breadth of knowledge that is reassuring. She made me feel as if I was the only thing she was thinking about at the time of our visit. She works with me on potential treatments and is very quick to answer answer messages on My Chart.

I really like my provider. I just wish she had reviewed my chart notes before the visit as it felt we were revisiting stuff we had talked about previously and I had to keep repeating some of the background I provided on my medical history

Dr Ramakrishnan, her team and the admin staff are exceptional. Major complaint is how hard it is to be see by a doctor and fact that we have had to go to urgent care because of this. Would much rather see our established medical team.

So hard to get appointments when sick vs prescheduled since doctor is so busy. Maybe the practice needs more doctors? Love Dr. Ramakrishnan and her nurses- they are the best and make going to the doctor comfortable!

Doctor did not actually take the time to provide routine check of basic health. Appointment was simply conversational. Would like to have had my heart, lungs, etc actually checked at an annual physical.

Dr Ramakrishnan is the best primary care physician I have had in a very long time. She is attentive and knowledgeable but also not hesitant to refer to a specialist when necessary.
