Never this experienced before until now.
They make feel out lengthy paperwork in duplicate sometimes triplicate without taking the time realize their error. You point it out to them and they are not apologetic about it. Domineering women who attempt to manipulate you into their schedule and not bother to accommodate yours, the paying customer. They state they will accommodate your schedule but all they do is force you into appointments that fit a specific practitioner. Front desk try their best to act superior when you are trying to schedule then sit and complain about the hard life they must endure like they expect you to do something about it. That is odd behavior. They are too preoccupied with thinking they are the smartest in the room to do their job effectively.  Then when you try to approach it in a civil manner the practitioner takes it out on you on the table.  I am in worse condition now after having been to this establishment. Bottomline: Unprofessional.
