The receptionist and billing staff were condescending and rude; It was my daughter's 2nd visit and apparently, as pediatric dentistry is a "specialty" dentistry, the receptionist said we SHOULD have brought in a referral form from our main dentist which we explained we did the 1st time she visited; I advised there was no reminder given and that we were not told that is required every visit; I called 2 weeks prior to confirm the schedule and they never advised of the form and I explained this; staff condescendingly asked her colleague to "explain" the requirement to me; your staff did not take any accountability for the error nor apologized;  There should be an option to place 0 stars in reviews as they do not deserve any kind of credit; i called our insurance provider by the way and were adviced a referral form is only needed on the 1st/initial visit; Will NEVER recommend this dentist office!
