Been a patient there for over a year. Moved to Dawsonville had to change providers. Love this office and its providers and staff!!!

Dr. Ghosn’s office heavily over-books his schedule, with the result that patient appointments are always late and rushed. On multiple occasions, we have arrived early for our appointment, only to be called in to see Dr. Ghosn sometimes 1, 2, or even nearly 3 hours past the scheduled appointment time. Then, the appointment is often rushed, with the doctor sometimes spending no more than 3-5 minutes in the room. He seems to get irritated if one tries to get him to stay and converse about treatment options or coordinating with other physicians regarding care. It is clear that Dr. Ghosn does not familiarize himself with the details of patients’ medical histories. On more than one occasion, we have encountered problems as a result of some medicine prescribed by Dr. Ghosn that interacted poorly with other prescriptions already being taken by the patient. It is also very hard to get his office to call in prescription refills or authorizations for referrals to specialist physicians or testing. While the office staff there is friendly and professional, they often forget to follow up on requests to call in authorizations (or are too busy to do so). We have had other medical tests or prescription refills delayed by as much as 2-3 weeks; calling the office to check on the status of a request often reveals that the message never got relayed. Dr. Ghosn’s business model seems to be geared towards rushing through as many simple medical conditions as possible — flus, sprains, etc. I would not recommend him for any non-trivial condition or care. He seems a lot more concerned with turnover and his margins than he does on patient wellness.
