I've been seen here multiple times over the last 18 months and have been pleased with my care.   I've recommended this office and provider to other family members, all have had great experiences as well and still current patients.

I went there do to my insurance changing after the end of the year and my current PCP was no longer in network. When I called to schedule I figured I was doing justice to the company being that I was an employee of the company. Upon arriving everything was good I was called back in a timely manner. I arrived early as advised since my appointment was at 10:30 I arrived at 10:15am. Once I was in the back the MA did what she was supposed to do and I waited for the doctor. At 10:37am she walked in and at 10:43am she was completed with a new patient wellness exam. I was shocked she never listened to my heart didn't look at anything asked a couple questions that she already had the answer to because it was in the new patient questionnaire. She took me to the lab for bloodwork. It was so quick that I asked should meet you back in the room and she responded "No we are done see you next time." I forgot to get a form signed so I went to the front and asked if they could have her sign it. She was upset that I asked came out from the back telling me that that was something that I should of taken care of when I was back there. I was shocked in tears and in disbelief. I called the administration to let the Practice manager know the situation. he agreed it was poorly handled and rebooked me for another physician.

I am a person that goes annually to stay on top of my healthcare and I never in all my years experienced such poor care such poor bedside manner such lack of passion from a medical professional in my life. I am in the medical field as well so I understand the difficulties. I don't want to be a hindrance of a patient.

If you don't feel comfortable with your primary care or they are bad. Do everyone a favor and write a review so it can be avoided.

She is not a good family medicine doctor, and I wouldn't trust her if this was the last doctor on earth. I would rather die then be scrutinized by a person that lacks care in a field that's top priority is PATIENT CARE.

If I could give her negative stars I would. She doesn't deserve to be in the medical field at all.
