Dr. Rachel K. Anderson, MD

Dr. Anderson is a good Doctor.  She is very professional and she cares about her patients and answers all of our questions that we may have.  But it stops there.  Her front desk staff to include her office manager are very unprofessional.  On several occasions we are met with rude behavior to include being cursed at over the phone because the need to change an appointment.  We reported this to the office manager and we received a sigh as if we were inconveniencing her day with this.  The most recent occasion we were contacted to that they had to reschedule our appointment after they are the ones who said this particular date was available.  We asked for the reason why and the rude appointment lady said "your insurance doesn't cover your daughter's office visit on her birthday."  That laughable lie was the last straw.  The truth is because the doctor doesn't work on Wednesdays and they made an error but instead of owning up to THEIR mistake they decided to lie about it.  If you can stomach or tolerate the rude service of the front office staff then she is the person to see.  I won't be taking my daughters back there..........ever.
