I called this office on Wednesday to confirm they could take me as a new patient prior to selecting them with my DMO plan. They told me yes, after you select us, call us 24 hours later, tell us you are an existing patient, and we will get you in. I call 48 hours later, select existing patient as I was instructed by the office staff, and they tell me no, I should have come through the new patient line. I apologized the girl set me up, however they didn't see me as having selected them, so she asked that I call the insurance company to have them send them something. I hung up and called the insurance company who called this office, and the office told my insurance company they won't take me now, after they told me what to do to get in.... Then they call back and explain its because they are full and aren't accepting new patients till the next month... I can't even review the dentist themselves because I just wasted a few hours of my time getting the absolute run around from the front office. Just go somewhere else that won't waste your time.
