During this wellness visit, Dr. Naik covered all the obvious essentials. However, she seemed to be a bit rushed during the visit. The way I felt this impacted me was that, even though I'd carefully filled out the pre-visit questionnaire, she didn't appear to refer to or discuss with me the few answers I'd given that related to possible issues. If I take the time to fill out the questionnaire, I believe the provider should refer to it during the visit.After the visit, she did follow up on the results of the blood tests and made referrals as required.

Dr. Naik is an incredible physician. However I spend over 10 hours via MyChart and calls to referral prior to outside referral reaching the referred to clinic. There was a prolonged delay in access to specialty referral and undue anguish as awaited the procedure. This prolonged wait effect my physical and mental health substantially. If Dr. Naik was not such an excellent physician, I would have left the Pacific Medical group.

Everything went well. I got an appointment within a few days of when I inquired. The call was easy and allowed for me to not take a bunch of time off work for the back and forth commute. Dr. Naik's team is kind and efficient. She ordered an x-ray for me but I've not done that step yet, that is why I didn't answer the rest of the questions on that page as it is still upcoming. I'm glad for the ease of virtual meetings. Thanks.

Dr. Naik is the best! I think I've been eith her for anout 6 years. She listens, is knowledgeable & responds with helpful info. She's warm. She understands my conservative approach around medication & respects it, but is firm when it is necessary! She & her staff have good follow-up! Best PCP ever!My only complaint, she can be hard to get an appointment with. Clearly others have discovered her!

Dr. Naik is amazing. I have gone to at least 3 other providers to talk about my concerns before and was brushed off, but not with Dr. Naik. She truly listened to me and set up blood work and referrals to get to the root of my concerns. I never felt rushed or stupid for asking questions like other providers have made me feel in the past. She is fantastic. So happy I found her.

The receptionist was incredible. There was a system mix up with my appointment. As I stood at the counter she investigated my records and reinstated the appointment. I was very grateful. The nurse who checked me in was very personable and professional. Dr. Niak was very professional. I trusted her care. My first time at Pacific Med was a great experience. Thank you.

Dr. Naik has been exceptional in providing holistic, patient centered care in a manner that both upholds patient needs and professional/logistical responsibilities. I consistently feel heard, cared for, and as though my provider is available to guide and support me with regard to needs expressed by myself as well and those identified with her expertise.

This was the first time I had been to Pac-Med. And I decided I'd rather stick with Swedish in Richmond Beach. Doctor was good enough everyone was friendly, but I felt like I had to go to two or three different places to get blood tests and hearing test so I'm gonna stick with my formerDoctors office.
