Now I know why the waiting room was a ghost town when I arrived; horrible health care from this place!

The new patient forms are too long especially considering we have to go over it all again in the room with the doctor…. Just ask the questions in the room then!
Nurse doesn’t know how to use a blood pressure machine and/or didn’t care that it wasn’t working properly (tried 5x) but the nurse still recorded erroneous readings on my medical records?!
Asked for my weight to be taken and was met with a pitiful digital floor scale that was cheaper than the scale I have at home (and I didn’t buy a fancy one).
Gupta didn’t listen at all when I told her that I have had asthma my whole life and have tried multiple steroids that give me multiple negative side effect, because all she wanted to do was give me more steroids and not fill the prescriptions that I have already been using with positive results.
Gupta ordered I receive a steroid shot in my arm during the visit and when the nurse came in to administer the shot, she had no idea what the name of the solution was, nor how to describe the dosage being delivered. I made the nurse go get the medicine package, so I could take a picture (and I literally texted the image to my husband in case I died) ((I later found out that a possible side effect is BLINDNESS!!))
And OF COURSE I had a negative reaction to the injection! Headache, dizziness, severe nausea; none of which they showed any concern about. Then after all that BS, Gupta doesn’t fill any prescriptions except MORE STEROIDS that she wants me to take and a SINGLE rescue inhaler!

Hey Gupta, in your medical opinion, is my life long asthma going to magically disappear after I finish that one inhaler; or is this some money grab game where you make me return every month for a new rescue inhaler?

I left that office feeling unheard, abused, and abandoned with empty hands.

The services that doctors provide is an absolutely shoppable commodity; and I will never spend my money on Gupta ever again. I recommend you do the same while skipping the clown show I suffered.
