Dr. Gaddam exuded thoroughness, knowledge, and competence, leaving me with a rare sense of confidence that I had received the best care possible. She dedicated ample time to attentively listen to my concerns, addressing each one with care and expertise. The office staff was notably friendly and accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere. What stood out was the genuine happiness and lack of any indication that I was a burden or causing inconvenience. This stellar experience has convinced me to choose Dr. Gaddam as my primary care physician going forward.
