I am appalled at the service I received at this facility. I cannot speak for the doctor himself as I didn't even make it past the front desk. I made an appointment over the phone, the receptionist didn't ask for much information, just gave me the time and asked for my name. I arrived at the office and waited for 45 minutes for her to even acknowledge I was a new patient and fill out the paperwork. Once she realized I had a co-payment I took out my card and she told me it was cash only. I explained to her that no where online does it say this and when I made an appointment no one told me this. Very rudely, she said that she tells everyone it is cash only. I had a friend who had an appointment a few days after me at this facility, I explained to her what happened, and she too, told me that no one told her this was cash only. The receptionist was incredibly rude throughout the entire encounter, I've never had this problem at another doctor's office, should definitely re-evaluate the staff.
